We empower medical facilities to manage waste, ensure safety, and stay compliant – simply and effectively. Position Summary Are you a motivated sales "hunter" ready to drive growth? We're looking for a high-energy Account Executive - Outbound to join our team in Downtown Chicago, IL! If you excel at connecting with people, uncovering needs, and closing deals, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. You'll be introducing our valuable compliance and OSHA software to healthcare professionals. What You’ll Do:

  • Prospecting: Find and target potential healthcare clients through research and outreach.
  • Qualifying: Quickly assess leads via phone to understand their needs and explain our software's value.
  • Pipeline Management: Build strong relationships and move prospects through the sales process.
  • Presenting: Deliver engaging software demos tailored to client needs.
  • Following Up: Manage and track leads diligently using phone, email, and CRM.
  • Closing: Understand client challenges and offer customized software solutions to win deals.
  • Growing Accounts: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our software and services.
  • Staying Informed: Keep up-to-date on healthcare industry trends and the competition.
  • Collaborating: Work with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of successful B2B outbound or inside sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling to healthcare or multi-location accounts (big plus!).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive "hunter" mentality with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and sales outreach tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, but not required with strong experience).
