About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive US to drive direct enterprise sales and develop strategic relationships across the United States. This is a key revenue-generating role for a seasoned sales professional with experience in technology consulting, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions. You will own the full sales cycle and work cross-functionally to deliver value-driven solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end enterprise sales: Identify, engage, and close business with target clients across multiple industries.
Develop go-to-market strategies for acquiring and growing key accounts.
Qualify leads and conduct discovery sessions to deeply understand client needs and align solutions accordingly.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demos that communicate the value of MIR Digital's services.
Own pipeline development and maintain up-to-date records in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, product) to shape proposals and ensure seamless client onboarding.
Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to represent MIR Digital and build brand awareness.
Stay current on market trends, client pain points, and emerging technologies to position MIR as a trusted advisor.
Qualifications
5 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within IT consulting, SaaS, or managed services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in B2B sales.
Strong knowledge of US enterprise buying behavior, sales cycles, and key decision-making structures.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable working remotely and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
Nice to Have
Existing network of enterprise and mid-market clients in sectors like financial services, healthcare, retail, or tech.
Understanding of digital transformation, cloud adoption, or AI/automation landscapes.
Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, or consulting firms
