About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive US to drive direct enterprise sales and develop strategic relationships across the United States. This is a key revenue-generating role for a seasoned sales professional with experience in technology consulting, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions. You will own the full sales cycle and work cross-functionally to deliver value-driven solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales: Identify, engage, and close business with target clients across multiple industries.

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for acquiring and growing key accounts.

  • Qualify leads and conduct discovery sessions to deeply understand client needs and align solutions accordingly.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demos that communicate the value of MIR Digital's services.

  • Own pipeline development and maintain up-to-date records in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, product) to shape proposals and ensure seamless client onboarding.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to represent MIR Digital and build brand awareness.

  • Stay current on market trends, client pain points, and emerging technologies to position MIR as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

  • 5 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within IT consulting, SaaS, or managed services.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in B2B sales.

  • Strong knowledge of US enterprise buying behavior, sales cycles, and key decision-making structures.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Comfortable working remotely and independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.

Nice to Have

  • Existing network of enterprise and mid-market clients in sectors like financial services, healthcare, retail, or tech.

  • Understanding of digital transformation, cloud adoption, or AI/automation landscapes.

  • Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, or consulting firms
