We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
+ Perform accurate and timely data entry and database management.
+ Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
+ Prepare and edit spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Excel.
+ Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
+ Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
+ Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and formatting.
+ Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
+ Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Essential Skills
+ 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ High attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
