Would you like to launch your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations worldwide? Here at Kuehne+Nagel, our Torrance site is looking for a new Revenue Care Specialist to join our Air Logistics team.
**Your Role**
As the Revenue Care Specialist you will be responsible for the prompt and accurate invoicing of all services rendered in the process of importing and exporting air logistics cargo. You must be able to effectively analyze pending files to proactively identify and resolve any potential issues by coordinating with operations, sales, and customer service departments.
**Your Responsibilities**
+ Analyze, maintain and ensure customer tariffs are loaded in the system accurately by using Airfreight 2.0 methodology
+ Pre-audit all elements and execute internal billings required for our Kuehne+Nagel invoices.
+ Collaborate with the Airfreight Process Manager to drive SSC and automation utilization related to Finance/Billing processes.
+ Timely escalation handling for SSC when assistance is needed for Revenue Care processes.Monitor and action using Airfreight 2.0 Tag methodology to ensure complete and accurate vendor cost elements related to Operational Care Centre actions (accruals; payables).
+ Drive and maximize charge code automation and auto-close function.Manage FSL status through accurate GP confirmation on a daily basis.
+ Analyze and action corporate financial reports as necessary in order to improve financial KPI's.Execute timely invoicing according to our corporate standards.
+ Employ continuous improvement measures to meet financial KPI's within the Revenue Care. Centre and communicate potential gaps seen in the OCC and CCL to their leadership.
**Your Skills and Experiences**
+ Bachelors Degree/Diploma in International Business, Finance, Transportation, Logistics, Commerce, Administration or a related fields
+ 2+ years experience in similar role and Freight Forwarding experience
+ Knowledge on Incoterms/payment terms and finance and profit loss statements
+ Proficient in Microsoft applications (Microsoft Word & Excel)
+ Strong organizational and time management, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
