Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with over sixty years of continued service to our corporate, insurance, and individual clients, is seeking an ambitious Associate Attorney with one (1) to five (5) years of litigation experience to join a busy national Insurance Fraud/Special Investigation practice to join our New York, New York team.
This team works as a national unit to serve the insurance industry and the ideal candidate is one who works proactively and creatively. Case inventory is unique and includes medical provider fraud, RICO, commercial and personal lines staged loss, PIP, UM/BI, workers compensation and other practices areas as needed to represent the insurance industry. The candidate's cases will range from fraud/special investigations (medical provider fraud, work comp fraud, first party property and others) as well as no fault litigation filed in all fifty (50) States. As this position seeks a candidate with one (1) to five (5) or more years of legal experience, the candidate can expect to work with litigation group that will continue to nourish their development. Feedback from experienced lawyers will be constant, constructive, and applicable. We offer the opportunity, if desired, to market, get published and attend industry events.
Compensation range: $100,000 - $130,000
