If you're a midlevel associate with sharp private equity acumen and a passion for complex healthcare deals, this is your next move. What You’ll Do:
• Advise on sophisticated healthcare transactions, especially private equity deals
• Work with clients across the full spectrum of the healthcare industry — hospital systems, specialty clinics, VC funds, and more
• Collaborate with a team delivering sharp, business-focused counsel with deep regulatory insight
What We’re Looking For:
• 4–6 years of healthcare transactional experience at a top law firm
• Significant exposure to private equity clients or transactions
• Strong academic record and writing skills
• NY Bar admission required
• Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
