**Job Overview:** **Batcher I** The Batcher is responsible for preparing and mixing of appropriate ingredients required to produce finished syrup from calculation for bottling, canning, and premix/post-mix operations based upon number of cases and tanks scheduled for production each shift. **Shift & Schedule:** This is a full time position with shifts below available: + **1st shift: 5:00am - 1:30pm** + **2nd Shift: 1:00pm - 9:30pm** + **3rd shift: 9:00pm - 5:30am** Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required. **Position Responsibilities** + Control flow of syrup to production lines. + Mix and blend ingredients to create various batches. + Set equipment parameters for operation. + Perform quality checks as required. + Perform sanitation. + Inventory and control ingredients. + Receive, monitor and control sugar. + Maintain records. + Operate forklift truck. + Follow all policies and procedures, including Safety. **Total Rewards:** + Pay starting at **$25.12 per hour plus shift differential.** The employee will move to a higher rate of **$25.75 per hour** in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary. **Where Applicable:** + Benefits eligible day one!! + Benefits, subject to eligibility, and collective bargaining agreements (where applicable): Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including vacation and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement **Requirements:** + High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred + 3 years food production operation experience **Company Overview:** Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a leading beverage company in North America, with a portfolio of more than 125 owned, licensed and partners brands and powerful distribution capabilities to provide a beverage for every need, anytime, anywhere.
