Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to help keep our financial records organized and up to date. In this role, you'll work 3-4 hours per day, handling essential financial tasks such as recording purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

You'll also collaborate with our accounting firm to generate and review financial reports, manage invoices, process accounts payable and receivable, and handle tax payments. Proficiency in Sage accounting software is required for this role.

What You'll Do:
- Maintain accurate financial records of daily transactions
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Manage invoices and payments
- Assist in preparing financial reports and tax documents
- Work closely with our accounting firm to ensure accuracy and compliance

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Familiarity with Sage accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
