As we continue to expand, we're seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper / Accountant to join our team in the New Tampa area.

### About the Role
Reporting to the Controller, you'll play a vital role in strengthening our financial operations, implementing best practices, and driving efficiency across the organization. You'll collaborate with a talented and passionate team while helping to establish streamlined financial processes that support our growth.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in executing a new accounting system and shaping financial management and KPI reporting. If you have a strong accounting background, an analytical mindset, and a proactive attitude, we'd love to hear from you!

### What You'll Do
- Handle reconciliations, accruals, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, and payroll.
- Support the implementation of a new accounting system and improve financial reporting processes.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Sage Intacct to manage financial records.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

### What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced accounting environment).
- Strong understanding of reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Job Type: Full-time (Hybrid option available - 2 remote days per week)
- Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
