Key Responsibilities
Provide virtual individual counseling for children and families.
Develop personalized care plans with clear goals and track outcomes using innovative tools.
Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to deliver comprehensive support.
Monitor and document patient progress and clinical findings.

Requirements
Must hold an unrestricted New York license as one of the following:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Equivalent clinical-level license
A minimum of 3 years' experience providing individual counseling.
Expertise in working with children aged 5-11.
Competence in offering counseling services to diverse populations using various approaches.
Availability for some early evening hours.
A passion for advancing behavioral healthcare and providing exceptional care.

Salary Range
The expected full-time salary range for this role is $68,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional productivity-based incentives may apply and will be discussed during the hiring process.
