About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clinical Administrative Assistant to join our operations team. This role supports the tracking of clinician productivity and acts as a liaison between clinical staff, HR, and executive leadership. You will also assist with payroll and recruitment activities on an as-needed basis to help maintain smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Track clinician productivity and provide regular updates to HR and executive leadership.
• Facilitate communication between clinical staff, Human Resources, and leadership teams.
• Assist with payroll processing and recruitment efforts on an as-needed basis.
• Maintain confidential employee and clinician records.
• Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and managing communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in healthcare or clinical settings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/ Google Applications; experience with EMR/EHR preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.​​​​​​
