Requirements:

Must hold an active independent license, such as LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, or PsyD.

Participation with commercial insurance plans is beneficial but not required.

Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and mobile devices for patient documentation and communication.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular teletherapy sessions with clients.

Provide support for various mental health concerns, including adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief, behavioral challenges, PTSD, and substance use disorders.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system in accordance with company guidelines.

Engage with our clinician network to share knowledge, receive support, and collaborate with other mental health professionals.

Compensation:

This position offers competitive hourly pay based on licensure level, experience, and caseload preferences. Therapists are compensated per billable hour and have the flexibility to adjust their workload as needed.
