Key Responsibilities - Inspect, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot, test, and repair mechanical components, including fans, motors, and duct systems.
- Cut openings and install fans, grills, and registers in ceilings or walls.
- Test air flow through ducts and make necessary adjustments.
- Change filters and discharge air from mechanical equipment.
- Plot layouts of HVAC/R system components.
- Use hand tools and gauges to install or repair heating and cooling elements.
- Accurately measure temperature, humidity, and coolant levels to diagnose system issues.
Qualifications - 5+ years of HVAC/R experience preferred (ductwork, HVAC systems, and refrigeration).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check; drug- and alcohol-free.
- EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification (required).
- Current Connecticut 'S-2' or 'D-2' class mechanical license (required).
- Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and provide outstanding customer service.

Schedule - Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Work Location - On the road, serving residential and commercial clients throughout Connecticut.
