Our Client Development Team plays a key role in maintaining strong partnerships. Acting as trusted advisors, they proactively provide market insights, analyze data, and equip clients with the knowledge to make informed decisions about corporate housing solutions.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Success Manager with expertise in handling high-volume corporate housing requests. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, delivering timely and effective solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming accommodation requests and provide personalized housing options using our proprietary enterprise software.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, offering thoughtful recommendations tailored to their needs.
Build strong relationships with consultants from relocation management companies.
Monitor conversion metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain positive engagement with hospitality partners (hotels, serviced apartments, and housing providers), attending supplier meetings and training sessions as needed.
Conduct property inspections in the US region to ensure quality standards are met.
Identify market gaps and collaborate with the Hospitality Growth team to enhance our offerings.
Become proficient in our proprietary technology and contribute to product development.
Actively support community-building efforts among hospitality operators, including training sessions, content creation, events, and in-person visits.
Assist in optimizing our Customer Success technology for a seamless client experience.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in hotel reservations, corporate housing, global mobility, or relocation services.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
Exceptional ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
Willingness to participate in occasional weekend on-call rotations.
Must be based in the US.
