Customer Success Manager

Description:

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Qovery, you’ll be the primary advocate for paying customers, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will serve as the main point of contact, deliver seamless onboarding, resolve customer challenges, and identify upsell opportunities.
You’ll work closely with teams such as Sales Engineers (SEs), Account Executives (AEs), Product, and Marketing.
Key responsibilities include maintaining long-term customer relationships, mitigating risks of churn, coordinating efforts for onboarding, ensuring high customer satisfaction, analyzing customer usage data to drive expansion revenue, managing a portfolio of paying accounts with timely responses and resolution, optimizing workflows and documentation, tracking and improving key support KPIs, managing onboarding processes and ensuring successful delivery of new accounts, and coordinating cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.

Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years in customer success, project management, or related roles within SaaS, DevTools, or cloud infrastructure.
Skills: Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships, drive upsell opportunities, and execute operational processes efficiently.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS tools is a plus.
Mindset: Empathy, adaptability, and a growth mindset, with a passion for building strong customer relationships.
