We are seeking passionate and dedicated Esthetician Instructors to join a team of industry professionals who are committed to shaping the next generation of estheticians. As an Esthetician Instructor, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide students in developing their skills and knowledge in the exciting field of esthetics, preparing them for a successful career.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and student learning objectives.
Teach both theoretical and practical components of esthetics, including skincare techniques, facials, waxing, makeup application, and more.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment that encourages student engagement and growth.
Demonstrate proper techniques, safety practices, and the latest industry standards.
Supervise and mentor students during practical sessions, offering hands-on guidance and support.
Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback through evaluations, exams, and projects.
Tailor instruction to meet individual student needs and offer additional support where necessary.
Stay current with industry trends, innovations, and new techniques to ensure curriculum relevance.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom and lab environment.
Serve as a role model for students, inspiring them through mentorship and professional guidance.
Collaborate with colleagues to refine and improve curriculum, program offerings, and educational standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Esthetician or cosmetology license in good standing.
Valid Instructor license required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing esthetician.
Prior experience in teaching or training, preferably within an esthetics education setting, is highly valued.
Strong knowledge of esthetic practices, techniques, and industry developments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Enthusiasm for educating and mentoring students with patience and dedication.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Experience with instructional technology and the use of multimedia resources in the classroom.

Hours and Availability:
Day and Evening shifts available.
