This dynamic role requires someone with a “chief of staff” mindset—resourceful, and solutions-oriented. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate effectively over text, and possess strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars and daily schedules with precision
Oversee and assist with household operations and day-to-day activities
Hire and manage a reliable support team for the client (including household staff)
Support and manage the logistics of an upcoming move
Communicate clearly and professionally—often via text
Requirements:
Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant, ideally in a high-demand setting
Strong judgment, discretion, and trustworthiness
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable managing tasks independently
