Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team! This role involves working across multiple elementary school buildings to support students' academic, social, and emotional development. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations (approximately 50 evaluations) to assess students' learning needs and determine eligibility for special education services.
Perform psychological testing to identify educational disabilities and develop appropriate support strategies.
Provide counseling services as outlined in students' Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote Social and Emotional Learning (SEL).
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing effective intervention plans.
Implement crisis intervention strategies when needed.
Develop Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) to support students' behavioral and academic growth.
Maintain consistent communication with teachers and staff to provide classroom consultation and recommendations.

Qualifications:
Master's degree or Ph.D. in School Psychology (required).
Valid Ohio State School Psychologist certification (required).
Experience in classroom consultation and working collaboratively with teachers and school staff.
Strong knowledge of psychological assessments, behavioral interventions, and educational disabilities.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Salary: $ 45.00 55.00 Per Hour
