About the job: Adapty is a revenue management platform for mobile apps, simplifying subscription implementation and paywall management. The company serves over 9,000 apps and processes $1 billion in in-app subscriptions annually. Backed by top investors, we\'ve recently launched a team focusing on growth product management, performance marketing, creative production, and ASO to maximize app potential and revenue. As a Growth Product Manager , you will:

- Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to validate concepts with live users and adapt for desired outcomes.
- Monitor budgets and results to ensure objectives are efficiently and effectively met.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, analysts, and content creators to optimize user onboarding, delivering seamless and engaging experiences for new users.
- Meet regularly with clients and participate in pre-sale calls to establish strong relationships and deeply understand their needs.

Requirements:

What We Expect:
- Experience: 4+ years in IT companies or mobile app-focused roles, with at least 2+ years in a similar position (e.g., Project Manager, Growth Manager, or Product Manager).
- Skills: Proficiency in English for seamless communication with coworkers and clients.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong grasp of analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Firebase; experience with Adapty is an advantage.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of App Store algorithms, ASO, and User Acquisition strategies (e.g., Facebook campaigns) is highly desirable.
