Job Description

Our client is a healthcare staffing company located in the Midwest that has a reputation for excellence. The company is a combination of two complimentary businesses, both founded by clinicians. They specialize in nurse staffing, respiratory therapist staffing, allied health and also providing staffing in other specialties and clinical areas as needed with their clients. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven healthcare recruiter. As a recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals with top healthcare organization. This is a remote position but one must be located in one of the following states: Arizona, Georgia, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, New Jersey, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview qualified clinicians (travelers, per diem and local).
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assess candidate qualifications and match them to the appropriate roles with client organizations.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent. Develop innovative strategies for sourcing passive candidates.
  • Work closely with client organizations to understand their staffing needs, position requirements, and company culture.
  • Extend job offers to qualified candidates and guide them through the hiring process, including salary negotiation, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Track recruitment metrics to meet departmental and company goals, providing regular updates on recruitment efforts to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years industry experience
  • One must be located in one of the following states: Arizona, Georgia, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, New Jersey, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin.
  • Have a minimum of 15 contractors on billing
  • MUST have experience within healthcare staffing placing RNs, CNAs, LPNs, and allied health professionals.
