Flourish Research is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Home Office Information Input Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting data into our company's database from various sources, ensuring that all information is properly organized and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input data into the company's database from various sources, such as paper documents or electronic files
• Check data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections as needed
• Organize and maintain all electronic and paper records for easy retrieval
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all data is entered in a timely manner
• Follow company procedures and guidelines for data entry and record keeping
• Proactively identify and report any discrepancies or errors in the data
• Participate in regular data audits to ensure the integrity of the database

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with basic filing and record-keeping principles
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Maintains confidentiality and discretion at all times
