Position: Licensed Insurance Sales Professional
Location: Whittier, CA (Remote option available for AZ & OR candidates)

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to offer the right products and services.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, following up as necessary.
Provide friendly, accurate, and prompt customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.

Preferred Qualifications:
Insurance sales experience, with Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred
Sales experience (e.g., outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) is a plus
Proven success in meeting sales goals or quotas
Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and listening
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer needs
Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
Comfortable building rapport and relating to customers
Bilingual is preferred but not required
License Requirements:
An active Property & Casualty license in California, Arizona, or Oregon is required prior to the start date.
Candidates must be willing to obtain licenses in all three states (CA, AZ, and OR). The licensing process is simple and doesn't require an exam, and fees will be reimbursed after the 90-day probation period.
Remote Work Consideration:
While the preference is for candidates to work in the office, remote work may be considered for individuals in Arizona and Oregon who hold the required state licenses.
