Join a team of compassionate mental health professionals dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. As a licensed therapist, counselor, or social worker, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team that includes fellow therapists, counselors, social workers, psychiatric nurse practitioners, medical providers, and psychiatric nurses. This role focuses on brief, solution-focused therapy and assessments using standardized screening tools. You will have the opportunity to support clients across the lifespan while working in a collaborative, non-billing-driven environment.

Position Details:
Location: Candidates must reside in Colorado, Florida, Texas, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Illinois, or Missouri.
Schedule: Evening shifts (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM MST) and every other Saturday. Flexible shifts are available.
Responsibilities:
Build positive, trusting relationships with clients.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Provide short-term therapy (typically four to six sessions) before transitioning clients to a long-term local therapist.
Offer brief therapy interventions in individual or group settings.
Engage family members when appropriate to support client care.
Research and recommend local support groups and community resources for clients.
Facilitate psychoeducation groups focused on managing chronic medical conditions.
Conduct crisis assessments and implement appropriate interventions.
Address mental health inquiries and needs through the patient portal, including crisis support.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for a holistic approach to patient care.
Utilize technology effectively for virtual therapy and documentation.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Mental Health (Social Work, Counseling, etc.) required.
Active state license required, with a willingness to obtain additional licenses (licensing costs covered).
Strong ability to connect with and support diverse populations.
High level of social perceptiveness and empathy.
Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 annually (dependent on experience and licensure).
Hourly Rate: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour (based on experience and licensure).
Flexible Scheduling: Evening and weekend shifts available.
Licensing Support: Company covers costs for additional state licensure.
