Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote team on a contract basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of your patients by providing high-quality counseling and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess the needs of patients and provide expert counseling to promote their overall well-being.
Collaborate with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals.
Provide crisis management support when necessary, ensuring patients receive immediate care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on patient progress to track therapeutic milestones.
Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.
Qualifications:

A current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LCSW, LMCH, LMFT) in Idaho. Additional licenses in WA, TX, CA, UT, or NM are a plus.
A Master's degree in a mental health-related field.
Experience working with a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients and colleagues.
Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage a busy caseload.
