Description

A growing regional independent insurance agency in Miami-Dade County is seeking a seasoned Personal Lines Account Manager to support our VIP desk, handling high net worth clients. This is a full-time, onsite position ideal for someone polished, professional, and experienced in managing complex personal lines accounts.

Key Duties:
Manage VIP accounts, including marketing to carriers like AIG, Chubb, and PURE

Handle policy changes, certificates, cancellations, and claims reporting

Communicate professionally with producers and clients

Stay organized while multitasking across accounts and systems

Requirements:
Active Florida 2-20 License

7+ years of personal lines experience (HNW preferred)

AMS 360 experience a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills
