Job Title: Aerospace Planner Location: Rockford, IL 61125 (onsite) Area Code: 815, 779 Pay Rate: $28.00-34.00/hour Employment Type: Full time/Direct with full benefits Shift: 1st #supplychain #procurement #aerospacejobs Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze material forecasts; apply insights to planning software to ensure accurate demand visibility
• Create and manage procurement orders to support production schedules and forecasted demand
• Monitor ERP systems and planning tools to maintain target service levels and inventory balance
• Communicate proactively with suppliers and internal customers to meet both current and forward-looking material needs
• Support issue resolution through tiered accountability structures and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Core Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in material planning, supply chain, or procurement (aerospace/manufacturing preferred)
• Understanding of material planning parameters, demand planning, and supply chain lead times
• Experience planning materials from both internal and external suppliers, while maintaining cost, quality, and schedule targets
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate in structured, fast-moving environments
• Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor"s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering
• Proficiency in SAP ERP system
• Familiarity with engineering change processes and impact on supply chain
• Knowledge of Master Production Scheduling (MPS) or related planning methodologies
