Engagement Response Requirements:

• A project plan with timeframes, deliverables, labor costs, and detailed approach.
• Identification of research activities (e.g., legal, regulatory, programmatic).
• Stakeholder engagements (meetings/interviews).
• Work samples and staff experience in related areas.
• Competitive engagement pricing by person-hour and labor category.

Work to Be Performed for Specific Initiatives:

• Assess Clients Medicaid/CHIP compliance with laws, regulations, state plans, waivers.
• Evaluate performance under existing policy frameworks.
• Deliverables may be memos, reports, or other specified formats.

Role Summary: The Program Manager oversees the execution of programmatic assessment engagements, ensuring timely delivery, coordination with stakeholders, and alignment with mini-bid specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engagement planning, timelines, and communication with State staff.
• Coordinate interviews or sessions with internal stakeholders and external SMEs.
• Ensure that all deliverables-memos, presentations, or other outputs-meet quality and scope requirements.
• Monitor project performance, risks, and reporting in accordance with the mini bid.

Qualifications:

• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience managing public sector health consulting projects, particularly Medicaid-related.
