Graphic Packaging currently has a Quality Supervisor position available in our Groveport, Ohio facility. The individuals for this position must have ‘change agent’ qualities that support rapid implementation of process changes targeting higher production efficiencies with the safety of our employees and quality of our products at the forefront. Position Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure that all customers receive quality products through inspection process, audits of the production cycle and continuous process improvements
• Provide quality, cost effective product to both internal and external customers
• Is the champion of the total quality culture involving training and implementation of all quality education
• Manage sampling and measurement criteria for customers
• Oversee product safety
• Ensure the compliance of established certifications
• SQF and HAACP practitioner
• Oversee Quality Department functions and processes
• Oversee and manage quality auditor personnel, including performance reviews, annual merit increases and timecards for weekly payroll
• Provide an atmosphere for development, job satisfaction and safety
• Review weekly financials for the quality department
• Educate, monitor and ensure compliance with safety rules and standards
• Establish and ensure compliance with department and company policies and procedures
• Execute a plan to maintain ISO and SQF certification
• Coordinate and assure the smooth flow of information and product with other departments
• Maintain accurate and complete production and personnel records and reports
• Organize, direct, and approve work through department
• Team member of Food Safety, Quality and disaster recovery team

• Strong People Leadership and communication skills
• Associate’s degree in business, engineering, quality or technical field, or 3-5 years equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years supervisory/leadership experience
• Previous experience with employee involvement teams, problem solving teams, or self-directed work teams is highly desired.
• Experience developing and implementing operational plans
