Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Our Recruitment Services department is growing at Gundersen Health System and we are looking to hire a high volume, Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will play a vital part in identifying and hiring top talent to support our growing organization. Responsibilities: Manage high-volume recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and negotiating employment offers Implement specialized recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top notch talent Ability to build strong internal relationships with hiring leaders and team members to ensure alignment on recruitment needs Foster positive relationships with applicants to enhance their experience and engagement throughout the hiring process What You'll Need: 3-4 years of recruitment, professional sales, marketing, customer service or related experience. Bachelors degree in human resources or a related field or equivalent years of experience and education Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) Certification Desired or to be completed upon hire Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
