Job Description

Job Title : Scrum Master

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos).
Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure team productivity.
Coach team members on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, capacity) to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed product backlog.
Ensure clear communication between development teams and stakeholders.
Support Agile transformation and organizational adoption of Agile practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
Experience in scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
Experience working in cross-functional and distributed teams.
Technical background or understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
