Pay Rate $16.54 per hour | 6:00am - 3:00pm | Monday - Friday **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Ensure all persons and vehicles have the proper credentials to enter the site + Perform customer service by interacting with internal and external clients and assisting in finding resolutions of issues or concerns + Perform customer service by interacting with internal and external clients and assisting in finding resolutions of issues or concerns + Process badges and maintain appropriate logs regarding the issuance, return and track all associated actions + Monitor and regulate the daily activities to ensure compliance with site policies and procedures + Retain and maintain all access control documents, as well as conduct audits on access control records + Record and report any incidents to the Site Supervisor, Operations Manager, or Site Security Manager + Acknowledge and share pass down information with officers on shift + Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders **QUALIFICATIONS:** + High school diploma or equivalent + Minimum of six (6) months of prior security professional experience, preferably with a focus on access credentialing + Effective oral and written communication skills + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications + Able to assess and evaluate situations effectively + Identify critical issues quickly and accurately + Research, investigate, compile information + Write informatively, clearly, and accurately **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** + Prior military or civilian law enforcement experience + College degree in Criminal Justice **BENEFITS:** + Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance + Enrollment in our company's 401(k)plan, subject to eligibility requirements + Seven holidays annually paid at time and a half, if worked + 40 hours of vacation after one year of employment at eligible work assignments.
