As a **Security Officer - Unarmed Residential Patrol** in **SUNNYVALE, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more . As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure and welcoming environment at a residential location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will interact with residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the values of reliability, agility, and integrity. This position may require driving as part of your patrol duties. At Allied Universal, we foster a caring culture that puts people first and values teamwork, making this an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about making a positive impact in their community. **Position Type: Full Time** **Pay Rate: $21.63 / Hour** **Job Schedule:** **Day** **Time** Mon03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM **What You'll Do:** + Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites + Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education + Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams + Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service + Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise **Responsibilities:** + Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. + Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.
