Location: Center City Philadelphia (Onsite with limited flexibility)

The Connexa Search Group is recruiting for a Senior Accountant to join a local professional firm based in Center City Philadelphia. This is a high-ownership position that blends staff accounting, AP, weekly reporting, and controller-level responsibilities into one role. The firm does not have a CFO or Controller, so this person will report directly to the Firm Administrator and fully own the accounting function.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a dynamic environment — not someone looking to do the same narrow set of tasks every day. A senior administrative team member is available to assist on occasion, but the core accounting duties rest with this position.

Responsibilities include:

• Full general ledger ownership
• Weekly financial reporting and cash flow support
• Managing accounts payable
• Coordinating with leadership on financial needs and analysis
• Using QuickBooks for all accounting activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Strong QuickBooks experience
• Hands-on, self-directed approach to accounting
• This is an onsite role; potential flexibility for 1–2 remote days/month
