Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Accountant with strong non-profit accounting experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial reconciliations, and audit preparation, and be comfortable working in a mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of general ledger entries
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into budget-to-actual performance
• Manage and track fixed assets, including depreciation schedules and reporting
• Support the annual audit process, including preparation of schedules and documentation
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

Requirements:

• Non-profit accounting experience required
• Proficiency with Sage Intacct is preferred 
• Experience with Personify is a plus
• Strong understanding of fund accounting principles
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
