Your Role: Guiding Clients to Their Dream Homes
As a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer, you'll be the trusted advisor for clients seeking Non-QM loan options. You'll use your expertise to assess their financial situations, recommend suitable loan products, and guide them through the entire mortgage process, ensuring a smooth and successful closing.
Key Responsibilities:
Exceptional Customer Experience: Deliver top-notch service to every client, building lasting relationships.
Proactive Communication: Contact clients through inbound and outbound calls, using company-provided leads.
Financial Assessment: Evaluate client needs and financial situations to structure optimal loan offers.
Loan Application Management: Accurately input and maintain borrower information within the CRM/LOS.
Documentation Review: Collect and verify borrower qualification documents for complete loan submissions.
Client Guidance: Communicate effectively with borrowers, providing clear guidance throughout the loan process.
Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner with customer relationship managers to resolve issues and ensure smooth transactions.
Compliance and Quality: Operate in compliance with lending laws and maintain high loan quality standards.
Performance Goals: Meet and exceed loan production and quality performance goals.

Required Qualifications:
Active MLO License with compliance to NMLS SAFE Act (holding 4+ licenses preferred).
2-3 years of sales experience in a high-volume call center.
Expertise in structuring and pricing loans.
Extensive knowledge of Non-QM products (Conventional, government, refinance, purchase, HELOC, & Seconds a plus).
Basic proficiency in Google Workspace.
Bilingual (read, write, speak) in Spanish, a plus.

Compensation:
$16/hour + Commissions.
Work Environment:
Remote position.
