We are seeking a poised and professional Spa Receptionist / Guest Experience Concierge to join our founding team. This role is the first impression of SPACES, welcoming members with discretion and care, while ensuring seamless operations at the front of house.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and check in guests while maintaining a calm, discreet atmosphere.
• Manage scheduling, reservations, and guest communications.
• Handle payments and membership inquiries with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain the reception and lounge areas to luxury standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful, proactive solutions.
• Support spa operations by coordinating with therapists and team members.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in luxury hospitality, spa, wellness, or high-end service preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance, impeccable etiquette, and a calm demeanor.
• Comfortable with scheduling software, booking systems, and POS transactions.
• Ability to remain attentive and poised in a serene, quiet-luxury environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay: $20–$25/hr depending on experience.
