Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise in various medical procedures and your ability to connect with patients will be essential in delivering exceptional care.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status, including vital signs and medical history.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Perform procedures such as IV insertion, catheterization, spinal taps, and MDS assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patients’ progress and respond promptly to changes in their condition.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide support in urgent care settings as needed.

Experience

• A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Experience in internal medicine or medical office settings is preferred.
• Proficiency in performing vital signs assessments and other nursing procedures.
• Familiarity with CT scans and urgent care protocols is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment are essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous for candidates.
