We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing and managing supply chain processes to drive cost-effective procurement, production, and distribution. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Collaborate with teams across procurement, production, logistics, and inventory to ensure smooth operations and alignment with overall company objectives.
Develop and maintain models, forecasts, and reports to support informed decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Monitor supplier performance, assess potential risks, and recommend strategies to strengthen vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Work with cross-functional teams to quickly address and resolve supply chain challenges as they arise.
Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of supply chain processes and improvements.
Review and enhance inventory management practices to minimize waste while maintaining optimal stock levels.
Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in supply chain analysis or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical abilities, with experience using data analysis tools such as Excel, ERP systems, Tableau, or Power BI.
Solid understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and logistics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
