Job Description

1. Standard Mandarin pronunciation, excellent verbal communication and listening skills, and the ability to resolve user issues.
2. Proficient English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills required; capable of independently operating operational systems.
3. Outgoing personality, strong learning ability, and good adaptability.
4. Clear articulation and diction; proactive and highly responsible.
5. Strong adaptability and learning ability, possessing open-mindedness and flexible communication skills.

Preference will be given to Chinese candidates (including those from Hong Kong and Taiwan) with relevant experience, particularly those who have worked for multinational travel management companies such as HRG, BCD, CWT, or similar."
