(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Women's Health-NP - Federally Qualified Health Center recognized as a Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home serving residents of Columbus and franklin counties health care needs is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife or Womens Health Nurse Practitioner.

As a Nurse Midwife or Womens Health Certified Nurse Practitioner you will provide preventive and primary care services within the womens health specialty through formulating a plan based on assessment data gathered through patient history, physical examination and selected diagnostic procedures. Educates clients, families, and staff focusing on wellness, prevention and early intervention. Work with the collaborating physician and department administration to meet the needs of the patients.
